1. Acceptance

By using my PICK (the "Platform") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

2. Registration

• You must be 18 or over to register. The Platform has no account tier for minors and does not accept parental consent in place of the age requirement.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• You must not register with false information or abuse the Platform.

3. Using the Platform

• The Platform provides restaurant and activity recommendations for reference and entertainment only.

• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful activity.

• You must not interfere with or disrupt the Platform.

4. Intellectual property

• All content on the Platform — including recommendations, text, images, branding and the IP character — is our copyright.

• All content, including AI-assisted copy and the warm messages, is edited and reviewed by us and remains our copyright.

• You may not copy, modify or resell it without written permission.

5. Subscription, auto-renewal and refunds

• VIP is an auto-renewing monthly subscription at HK$38 per month. The price, currency and any promotional offer shown by the App Store or Google Play at the point of purchase is the one that applies.

• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.

• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.

• To cancel: on iOS, Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

• Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot process a refund directly.

• VIP days won in the lucky draw are a separate promotional entitlement. They do not auto-renew, and cancelling a paid subscription does not remove them.

• Deleting your MyPick account does not cancel a subscription; it must be cancelled in the store separately.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we find a breach of these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will announce changes in the app.

Language versions

The Chinese version of this document governs. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version prevails.
